In the morning, enjoy our breakfast buffet and its fresh produce to get the day off to a good start.

On the menu of our buffet: hot drinks, pastries (croissants, chocolate breads, raisin breads), bread (baguette, cereal bread), mini pancakes, muffins, madeleines, sandwich bread, rusks, eggs (hard, scrambled or baked), bacon, white ham, chicken breast, salami, sausage, homemade fruit salad, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, local cheese, yoghurts, fruit juice, pressed fruit, local honey.

The buffet is open from 7am to 9:30am on weekdays and from 7am to 10am on Saturday and Sunday.

Restaurant

Under the gaze of the Kings of France, come and taste a quality homemade cuisine, with family and friends. The restaurant has two rooms that can accommodate family or business meals for 10 to 65 people. We offer you our formulas, our menu and our menu.

Regional specialities: Andouillette SA, Chaource, Prunelle de Troyes, lentillons de Champagne.
